Can I start a free trial of paid plans?
Yes, you can try our Team plan free for 30 days. Please get in touch with us if you would like a free 30-day trial of our Enterprise plan.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your 30-day trial, you'll automatically be downgraded to the Free tier, and you’ll be able to continue to use Salesroom. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so by contacting us.
Can we try Salesroom with multiple users?
Absolutely! You can invite team members to join your trial account at no cost. At the end of your 30-day trial, all members will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can be billed monthly, or save 20% by choosing annual billing. We currently accept debit and credit payments but can accept alternative payment methods like ACH for Enterprise plans.
What options to I have for signing up / signing in?
We currently support signing in with an email or a Google account. We’re working on adding new options in the future.
Why do you ask for permissions when connecting my calendar?
We currently enable you to connect with your Google Calendar. When you connect your Google Calendar, we ask for the minimum permissions that enable your Salesroom meeting changes to be synchronized in your Google Calendar and vice versa.
Can I make Salesroom my default meeting video-conferencing choice in Google Calendar?
Yes - if you want to mostly use Salesroom, your Google Workspace administrator can set it as the default. Users can still select other options as an exception.
What languages does Salesroom support?
Right now, we only support English for transcription and analysis.
How many people can I add to a meeting?
Currently, meetings are limited to 15 participants in a single meeting. If you need to add a larger number of people please contact us at support@salesroom.com.
